Shipping

Pre-order items will ship by the date listed. For all other orders, allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification with tracking info by email. Petal and Branch is not responsible for lost shipments due to mistyped addresses; please ensure your address is correct when you place your order. 

U.S. Domestic Orders ship via USPS Priority 1-3 day mail.

International Orders ship via USPS International Package Service. There is no shipment delivery window estimate with this option. We suggest International customers upgrade their shipping to USPS Priority International 6-10 day Service.

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Petal and Branch is not responsible for any shipping delays due to customs.

Petal and Branch can not guarantee shipping times due to possible delays with customs, holidays, weather or natural events. 

Cancellations

We will gladly accept order cancellations within 4 hours of the purchase. Please contact us at shop@petalandbranch.com

Returns

Your may request a return within 14 days of your order's delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items are final-sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

To start your return, contact us or email us directly at shop@petalandbranch.com with the subject 'Return' and include your name, order number, and which items you would like to return. You will receive an email reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

We must receive your return items within 14 days of starting the return process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We suggest choosing an insured and trackable shipping method. Petal and Branch is not responsible for lost return packages. Neither the original shipping fee nor the return shipping cost will be refunded. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Petal and Branch is not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you have received an item that you believe to be damaged or defective, please email us directly at shop@petalandbranch.com with 'Damage/Defective' in the Subject line. You will receive a email reply with instructions within 24 hours. If an item is damaged or defective in any way, we will return or replace it as quickly as possible. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company and/or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Additional Information

Petal and Branch reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event a product is sold out, Petal and Branch has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
